1. The service
HRV.today is a wellbeing service that measures heart rate variability with an R-R capable heart rate belt and produces an analysis and a report. It is available as a web service and as an Android application.
2. Not medical advice
HRV.today provides measurements and recommendations to support wellbeing, recovery and training. The service is not intended for diagnosing disease or for medical decision-making. Always contact a healthcare professional in health matters.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the content you enter. One account is personal. Every new account receives a number of free measurements; more can be granted by the administrator.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access other users' data, disturb the service, copy its content for commercial use or reverse engineer the application.
5. Intellectual property

6. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage, for measurement inaccuracies caused by a heart rate belt or for decisions made based on the recommendations.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
8. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the service. Finnish law applies.
